Position: Italian Credit and Collections Analyst
Industry: BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 85,000 gross
Schedule: Midshift (Might work during holidays)
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
🔵 Open for Foreign National located in the Philippines
🔵 Open for Filipino National who can speak, read, and write Italian
🔵 Bachelor’s Degree holder
🔵 Preferably with experience in BPO Industry or Accounting/Finance
🔵 Experience using SAP tools is a big Advantage
🔵 Willing to work onsite
🔵 Amenable to work on shifting schedule

Responsibilities:
🔵 Monitor accounts on a daily basis
🔵 Identify outstanding account receivables
🔵 Take actions in order to encourage timely payments
🔵 Process payments and refunds
🔵 Resolve billing issues
🔵 Resolve customer credit issues
🔵 Update account status records
