Requirements:
✔ Filipino National fluent in Korean and English
✔ Korean national with permanent visa holder
✔ High School or bachelor’s degree graduate are welcome to apply
✔ With customer service or technical experience voice account is an advantage
✔ Can start working asap
✔ Willing to work in Shifting schedule and on-site

Responsibilities:
✔ Assist Korean clients in software and hardware related concerns through email, chats and calls.
✔ Respond to Korean clients inquiries regarding the technical issues encountered
✔ Escalate concerns as necessary to achieve customer satisfaction
✔ Must be updated with the current process and should be knowledgeable in providing resolutions to specific concerns
