Position: Mandarin Operations Manager
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 120,000 - Php 150,000
Industry: Shared Services Company/Biggest Online Marketplace
Schedule: Dayshift and midshift (2 days off)
Work Setup: Work On-site
Responsibilities:
✨ Manage the day-to-day operation including resource planning and implementing effective strategies and operations.
✨ Act as a subject matter and main contact person to stakeholders to ensure that the process and policy strategies will be executed effectively.
✨ Manage workforce; attendance, performance, and behavior and resolve any challenges in performance.
✨ Manages multiple high-visibility and complex cross-functional projects, resolving conflicts and assessing the impact of strategic initiatives.
✨ Leads from medium to large complex, cross-functional strategic projects and opportunities
✨ Evaluate quality controls, monitoring program KPIs
✨ Drive improvements and identify key investment areas for the workforce and prioritize based on the business needs
Requirements:
✨ Proficient in Mandarin and English language
✨ Bachelor's Degree in any course.
✨ At least 2-5 years of relevant working experience in a call center/telemarketing environment, customer service, investigations, project management, etc.
✨ Experience in leading a team in a call center environment would be an added advantage.
✨ 3-5 years of managerial experience in any corporate field.
