JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: This Global Company is the world’s biggest provider to mining , building, manufacturing industries. This global firm has been in the industry for almost 100 years and has been operating in 100 countries. They are operating as a shared service company in the Philippines supporting the global operations around the world.
Position: French Admin Warehouse Coordinator
Industry: Australian Shared Services
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000 gross
Schedule: Midnight/Night Shift (9 PM - 6 AM, 10 PM - 7 AM or 11 PM - 8 AM)
Work Set-up: Hybrid (once or twice a month onsite)
Type of Job: Back office in Admin Warehouse Staff
Nature of Business: Manufacturing & Mining
Requirements:
💡 Open to Foreign National who have valid tourist visas here in the Philippines
💡 Filipino National who can speak, read, and write French
💡 Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or any related courses
💡 At least 2 years and above of experience in Warehouse Administration, Logistic/Supply Chain, Transportation Management or Inventory
💡 Experience in working with Mining, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Transportation, Shared Services, and other relevant B2B Marketing Industries is a big advantage
💡 Knowledgeable in using Logistics Software - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), SAP in Logistics and warehousing
💡 Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
💡 Must be willing to work in a Nightshift
Responsibilities;
💡 Collaborate with manufacturing teams, downstream businesses, and third parties to execute the monthly plan promptly
💡 Provide customer service in executing logistics contracts
💡 Ensure goods are shipped in a timely manner
💡 Organizing the daily operations of the warehouse
💡 Enforce safety and security protocols in the warehouse
💡 Providing administrative and customer service support
