Company Profile: This is an American outsourcing company that provides Information management, customer service management to its clients. Information support is not limited to business support systems. The company also handles communications, technology, retail, financial services, government markets and healthcare
Position: French Service Desk Analyst
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Salary: PHP 80,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
❍ Filipino national can speak, read and write in French
❍ Conversational level in English
❍ Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
❍ Open for Undergrad, Vocational or High School Graduate
❍ Atleast 1 year experience in Customer Service is a required
❍ Amenable to work onsite
❍ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
❍ Open to work in shifting schedule.
Responsibilities;
❍ Installing and configuring software and meeting end-user needs
❍ Resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently
❍ Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions
❍ Performing system updates, tests, and maintenance to avoid service interruptions
❍ Accurately research client issues using designated ticket tracking software
