Job Requirements
•BSIT or degree any related course
•With CCNA is an advantage
•With atleast 2+ years of network support experience in routing, switching, or firewall
•With strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP stack, switches, firewalls and routers)
Job Description
•Troubleshooting all technical and quality-related issues.
•Uses standard procedures to troubleshoot and resolve any issues concerning the network.
•Hardware configuration including firewalls and routers
•Provides network assistance by working in close contact with vendors and clients.
