Position: Mandarin Operations Manager
Location: Pasig City
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 95,000 - Php 150,000
Schedule: Dayshift | Monday to Friday
Set-up: 100% Work Onsite

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management or any related course.
✅ Proficient in Mandarin, English and Tagalog.
✅ Background or at least familiarity with AI technologies and digital platforms.
✅ Experience in Customer Service, Operations or Business-partnership.

Responsibilities:
✅ Preparing and proofreading Mandarin Chinese and English materials for model training in company projects.
✅ Connecting and maintining relationship with overseas writers' teams and partners to ensure smooth collaboration and project execution.
✅ Act as a primary contact person for international operations/office in overseeing current project.
✅ Manage the overall execution and implementation of project tasks taht requires engagement in overseas office.
✅ Negotiate in to facilitatingagreements, contracts, and terms with overseas partners, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements that support project goals and objectives.
