They are operating as a shared service company in the Philippines supporting the global operations around the world.

Position: Spanish Human Resource Analyst
Industry: Australian Shared Services
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 120,000 gross
Schedule: Midshift - 3:00 pm - 12:00 Midnight/Nightshift - 9:00 pm - 6:00 am
Work Set-up: Hybrid (one or twice a month onsite)
Type of Job: Back office in Human Resource
Nature of Business: Manufacturing & Mining

Requirements:
❍ Filipino who can speak Spanish language (conversational)
❍ Can speak English well
❍ Bachelor's Degree in any courses
❍ Must have work experience from 3 years above as an HR Advisor or Consultant
❍ Experience in Handling Global Stakeholder management/shared services, all HR operations (Focus on Employee Relations)
❍ Experience with HR Business Partners is a plus.
❍ Must be willing to work in a Mid Shift or Nightshift
❍ Must be able to work in Ortigas Site
❍ No Age limit or gender preferences

Responsibilities:
❍ Coordinate and reporting to HR Leaders and stakeholders
❍ Training and advising managers on strategies for recruitment, selection, and interview evaluation procedures.
❍ Perform confidential investigations on policy violations, workplace issues, and incidents with the guidance of the local HRBPs.
❍ Follow a clear process and respect the local laws and languages to resolve most concerns, such as issues related to performance, attendance, or procedures.
❍ Prepare data and information for negotiations, such as. competitor analysis, agreement drafting, and communication writing
