Position: Spanish Human Resource Advisor
Industry: Australian Shared Services
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 120,000 gross
Schedule: Midshift (3:00 pm - 12:00 mn) | Midnight/Nightshift (9:00 pm - 6:00 am)
Work Set-up: Hybrid (one or twice a month onsite)
Type of Job: Back office in Human Resource
Nature of Business: Manufacturing & Mining

✔️ Open to a foreigner who speaks Spanish Language and holds a permanent visa
✔️ Spanish Language is basic to conversational
✔️ Can speak English well
✔️ Bachelor's Degree in any courses
✔️ Must have work experience from 3 years above as an HR Advisor or Consultant
✔️ Experience in Handling Global Stakeholder management/shared services, all HR operations (Focus on Employee Relations)
✔️ Experience with HR Business Partners is a plus.
✔️ Must be willing to work in a Mid Shift or Nightshift
✔️ Must be able to work in Ortigas Site
✔️ No Age limit or gender preferences

✔️ Coordinate and reporting to HR Leaders and stakeholders
✔️ Training and advising managers on strategies for recruitment, selection, and interview evaluation procedures.
✔️ Perform confidential investigations on policy violations, workplace issues, and incidents with the guidance of the local HRBPs.
✔️ Follow a clear process and respect the local laws and languages to resolve most concerns, such as issues related to performance, attendance, or procedures.
✔️ Prepare data and information for negotiations, such as. competitor analysis, agreement drafting, and communication writing
