Job details:
- Managing and maintaining end client's networks.
- Oversee complex network components and are responsible for network management.
- Respond to all service interruptions or performance problems.
- Track all trouble tickets to ensure closure of the problem in a timely manner.
- Consults with the appropriate Carriers and IT teams to resolve problems.

Job Qualification
•With CCNA is an advantage
•With atleast 2+ years of network support experience in routing, switching, or firewall
•With strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP stack, switches, firewalls and routers)
•Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
•Strong listening and communication skills
•Natural aptitude for dealing with people
•Willing to report on holidays, weekends and shifting schedule
