Position: Mandarin HR Management Trainee
Location: Taguig City
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 60,000
Industry: Technology Company
Set-up: Working On-Site
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule with 2 days off per week

Requirements:
☑️ Fluent in English, Filipino, and Mandarin.
☑️ Understanding of principles and processes in the Human Resources Field (Recruitment and Employee Relations).
☑️ Knowledgeable in using job portals and managing manpower providers for recruitment and selection of key positions.
☑️ Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws with its implementing rules and regulations

Duties:
☑️ Oversees the end to end recruitment flow for HQ employees.
☑️ Evaluating current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
☑️ Conducting interviews with Filipino-Chinese and Chinese job applicants and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates.
☑️ Prepares and update daily, weekly and monthly recruitment and onboarding report for Head Office.
