✅Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
✅Open to Bachelor's graduate and undergraduate of any courses.
✅BPO and Sales experience is a big advantage
✅Customer Service experience is a big advantage.
✅Can work in a shifting schedule.
Responsibilities of the Job:
✅Assist in presales inquiries regarding Software products.
✅Responsible for processing customer orders.
✅Providing and receiving information.
✅Assist customers via inbound calls and outbound calls for selling basic products and services.
✅Route customers to other teams who can best address their queries
