Position: German Client Support Analyst

Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Shifting ( Project-based for 6 months)
Work Set-up: Hybrid (2 days work from Home and 3 days work onsite)

Requirements:
❍ Open for Native German Speakers with permanent residence visa
❍ Must be open for shifting schedule
❍ Amenable to work onsite
❍ Can start as soon as possible
❍ Knowledgeable in MS Office
❍ Background in Customer Service will be an advantage

Responsibilities:
❍ Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
❍ Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
❍ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
❍ Communicating with customers through various channels.
❍ Timely resolution, tracking and response to all Customer inquires that result in cases
