Position: German Customer Service Representative ( HMO from Day 1)
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Parañaque

Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid (2 days work from Home and 3 days work onsite)

Requirements:
❍ Filipino national can speak, read and write in German
❍ Must be open for shifting schedule
❍ Amenable to work onsite
❍ Can start as soon as possible
❍ Knowledgeable in MS Office
❍ Background in Customer Service is a plus but not required

Responsible:
❍ Perform customer support via phone, chat and email both in English and German language
❍Listen to customers’ questions and concerns and provide answers or responses
❍ Following up with customers to ensure that reported technical difficulties have been resolved
❍ Reports common product and service complaints
❍ Provide detailed information about the products and services offered to the customers
