Position: German Client Support Specialist (Negotiable + Hybrid Set-Up)

Work Set-up: Hybrid (2 days work from Home and 3 days work onsite)

Requirements:
❍ Filipino national can speak, read and write in German
❍ Must be open for shifting schedule
❍ Amenable to work onsite
❍ Can start as soon as possible
❍ Knowledgeable in MS Office
❍ Background in Customer Service is a plus but not required

Responsible:
❍ Provide customer service in both German and English by phone, chat, and email.
❍ Pay attention to the queries and worries of your clients, you should also address them.
❍ Confirming with clients that the technical issues they identified have been fixed
❍ Reports common product and service complaints
❍ Give customers comprehensive information about the goods and services you offer.
