JOB DETAILS :
Client Profile: A travel company based in the Philippines. This organization specializes in outbound ticketing and reservations. They handle your trip plans, such as visa processing, hotel reservations, and airport transportation.
Position: Reservation and Ticketing Supervisor
Industry: Travel Agency
Location: Pasig City or Makati City
Salary: Php60,000-Php80,000
Schedule: Monday- Friday (Dayshift)
Work Set up: On site
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree holder
✅ With 5 years of experience in Reservation and Ticketing
✅ With at least 2 years in supervisory/managerial position
✅ Working experience in accredited IATA company is an advantage
Responsibilities:
✅ Responsible for providing travel information, itineraries and prices
✅ Handling customer complaints or concerns
✅ Counseling clients on terms and conditions of travel
✅ Making reservations and sending out confirmation notices.
✅ Assist customers over the phone and in person, answering their questions and organizing their travel or reservation plans
✅ Ensures all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity
