They are operating as a shared service company in the Philippines supporting the global operations around the world.

Position: Spanish Financial Controller
Industry: Australian Shared Services
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 110,000 - Php 120,000 gross
Schedule: Midnight/Nightshift (9:00 pm - 6:00 am)
Work Set-up: Hybrid (one or twice a month onsite)
Type of Job: Back office in Finance Controller
Nature of Business: Manufacturing & Mining

Requirements:
💙 Open to a foreigner who speaks Spanish Language and holds a permanent visa
💙 Filipino who can speak, read, and write Spanish and English
💙 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related courses
💙 Certification Holder of CA, CPA, or CMA is a big advantage but not required
💙 Experience in using SAP S4 Hana is an advantage
💙 With experience in working as a Financial Controller or any related experiences
💙 Amenable to work from 9 pm to 6 am

Responsibilities:
💙 Handle Inventory Accounting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
💙 Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and upholding the company's financial controls and standards
💙 Review reconciliations, contribute to timely financial information delivery, and monitor key reconciliations proactively
💙 Support finance projects, and cost savings initiatives, and provide assistance
💙 Prepare business unit financial statements (local and corporate) and issue relevant reports
💙 In charge of Financial reporting to the upper management of the company.
💙 Responsible for accounting activities and ensuring that ledgers accurately reflect money coming in and out of the company.
💙 Assist in annual budgeting, and consolidation, and contribute to group forecasting
