Position: Production Supervisor
Salary: Php 22,000 – Php 27,000

Schedule: Dayshift | Regular Schedule

Job Requirements
•Must be Bachelor of Degree of Engineer or related course.
•Has a work experience in Manufacturing Company
•Have a managerial/supervisory level experience related in manufacturing industry
•Willing to working in Binalonan, Pangasinan.
•Can start as soon as possible is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities
•Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives.
•Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are operating safely and efficiently and identifying areas for improvement.
•Coordinating with other departments to ensure that production goals are met.
•Ensuring that all employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
•Identifying and addressing any issues that arise during the production process.
