Position: Property Manager
Company Industry: Real Estate Company
Work Location: Mandaluyong City
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Weekends Off)
Salary: Php110,000 Gross
Work Set Up: Work On Site
Job Requirements:
✨Bachelors Degree holder
✨With at least 3-5 years of experience as a Property Manager
✨Can start working as soon as possible is an advantage
✨Amenable to fully work on site.
✨Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested.
Job Descriptions:
✨Exhibits leadership qualities and acts to accomplish goals and solve problems in operational management.
✨Creating annual activity plans and performance plans, defining procedures and management standards, and so on.
✨Financially, accountable for meeting performance plan goals, offering methods, and taking part in the process of choosing service providers.
✨Working on new projects' business growth and determining their viability through sales activities.
✨Completing other responsibilities that the business assigns.
