Requirements:
⭐Indonesian National fluent in English
⭐Bachelor’s degree graduate of Engineering courses or any course
⭐Filipino proficient in Bahasa Indonesian language
⭐Must have at least 1 - 2 years experience in Customer Service
⭐Experience in Sales Account is a great advantage but not required
⭐Knowledgeable in CRM tool

Responsibilities:
⭐Manage pre-sales and post sales transaction for company’s products and services
⭐Guide and explain to customers the product information and assist for any issues
⭐Escalate to Technical Support Team for in depth troubleshooting
⭐Dispatch Technical Engineers for onsite troubleshooting
⭐Document all communication using CRM tool
