JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: This company is a BPO company supporting customer care, finance and accounting, sales/marketing, back office, healthcare and providing strategic advantage to their clients.
Position: Spanish Customer Care Support (Healthcare)
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Cubao, Quezon City
Salary: Php 70,000 gross
Schedule: Graveyard (Monday-Friday start at 8pm or 9pm | Weekends Off)
Work Set-up: Onsite
Language: Spanish and English
Requirements:
✔️ Filipino who can speak Spanish
✔️ Proficient in both Spanish and English language
✔️ Graduate of any 2 years course are welcome to apply
✔️ Preferably with 1-year experience in BPO using Spanish Language
✔️ Experience working with email, chat & voice support is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
✔️ Responsible for answering English and Spanish Language inquiries from patients who have concerns in their Medical Billing via calls, email, and chat
✔️ Handles patients’ calls related to their outstanding balances or any inbound inquiry
✔️ Helps customers in filing health insurance claims
✔️ Assist customers in updating their profile information
✔️ Calling patient to complete an annual review of their medications
✔️ Understands how the medical insurance industry works.
