Position: Spanish Help Desk Specialist (PHP 70,000 gross + Start Date ASAP)
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 70,000 gross
Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM onwards (Graveyard shift), 2 days off
Work set-up: Work Onsite

Requirements:
➤ Proficient in Spanish language both verbal and written
➤ Can Communicate in English (Conversation)
➤ At least two years of college required or completion of a vocational course or any related.
➤ With Customer Service experience is a big Advantage
➤ Open for Undergrad and Bachelor’s Degree holder
➤ Willing to work onsite in Pasig City

Responsibilities:
➤ Give advice and information in both Spanish and English over the phone, online, through email, and through chat.
➤ Attend to any address from the customer regarding the problems, or inquiries
➤ Analyze and resolve problems received from the customer
➤ Compile information gathered from client encounters to create reports
➤ Ensure customer satisfaction by providing good customer service
➤ Perform other related tasks needed
