Requirements:
💥 Bachelor’s degree in Law , political science or any related courses.
💥 With at least 3-5 years in legal expert or legal consultant experience.
💥 With experience working in a Fintech industry , Financial industry or any related.
💥 Can start as soon as possible is a big plus.

Responsibilities:
💥 Act as primary contact point of the company for all legal and regulatory matters.
💥 Regular update and report to headquarter in Shanghai, China.
💥 Familiarize with the process and product of the Company
💥 Draft and review various kind of contracts (in English and Tagalog) in tight
💥 timeframe and Draft and update various kind of internal & external policies (e.g., online privacy policy, risk disclosure)
💥 Maintain and review the contract storage and management system
