Position: Collection Specialist

Salary Offer: Php16,000 + Php3,000 incentives
Work Schedule: 6 days (9:00am to 6:00pm)
Work Set Up: Work on Site

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s Degree holder
✨With experience in collections or BPO companies is an advantage
✨Open for Fresh Graduates
✨Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨Call customers with late payments.
✨Communicate the benefits of repayment and credit history to customers.
✨Address customer misunderstandings about product policies and terms.
✨Reduce tension from negative customer experiences with the app.
✨Create payment plans and follow-up schedule.
✨Inform customers about consequences for late payments.
✨Report difficult or unusual cases to the Team Lead.
