Schedule: Dayshift 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
• Acting as a bridge between local programmers and the Japanese side,Translating and interpreting are provided as needed when local programmers use translation tools to understand Japanese design documents for unclear or complex content after Local employees (multiple) create programs based on design documents (in Japanese) prepared by the Japanese headquarters, who conduct testing and send the resulting programs back to Japan, handling daily progress reporting and deadline adjustments.
• Adjust tasks and deadlines for local programmers based on their vacations and other factors.
Evaluate resumes and conduct tests and interviews for mid-career local programmer recruitment. Determine hiring decisions in collaboration with the resident Japanese staff.
• Manage attendance and perform regular evaluations for local programmers.
• Assist in setting up the development environment for newly hired local programmers, working alongside the Japanese team.
• Conduct meetings and requirements gathering with local clients.

Requirements:
• Native level of Japanese language proficiency
• Conversational level of English language proficiency
• Experience with "VB.net" or "C#" as a programming language.
• Experience with "Java" is also preferred.
• Interviews (typically conducted at our office)
• Technical test (programming, SQL, test case setting)
• Currently seeking proficient English-speaking Japanese candidates.
• Preferably looking for candidates who can join in May.
