This is an American IT/Software company. They are supporting and providing services to different clients.

Position: Japanese Project Manager
Location: Mckinley Taguig
Industry: IT Company
Salary: Up to PHP 120,000
Schedule: Dayshift
Work Set-up: Hybrid Work Arrangement

Requirements:
✅Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any IT/Engineering related course
✅Familiar with programming languages, database and operating systems experience.
✅Has 2 to 3 years of development experience (PHP, Bash, Angular, Swift experience is a plus)
✅Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
✅Good knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
✅Create a test scenario from a user perspective and perform it before submitting the deliverable/s. (UAT before submitting deliverable)

Responsibilities:
✅Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
✅Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
✅Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
✅Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
✅Track project milestones and deliverables.
✅Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations if needed.
✅Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
✅Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
