Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
📌 Proficient in Norwegian and English Language
📌 At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
📌 Knowledgeable in Computer application
📌 Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
📌 Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
📌 BPO experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
📌 Assist Norwegian customers with their concerns about a specific account
📌 Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
📌 Set up new users' accounts and profiles and resolve password issues
📌 Attend to inquiries from customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
📌 Analyse call logs or ticket requests to detect common trends and underlying problems
📌 Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
📌 Perform other related tasks
