Position: Spanish Customer Care Support (Healthcare)

Location: Cubao, Quezon City
Salary: Php 70,000 gross
Schedule: Graveyard
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
💙 Filipino who can speak Spanish
💙 Proficient in both Spanish and English language
💙 Graduates of any 2-year course are welcome to apply
💙 Preferably with 1-2 years experience in BPO using Spanish Language
💙 Experience working with email, chat & voice support is a big advantage

Responsibilities:
💙 Responsible for answering English and Spanish Language inquiries from patients who have concerns about their Medical Billing via calls, email, and chat
💙 Handles patients’ calls related to their outstanding balances or any inbound inquiry
💙 Helps customers in filing health insurance claims
💙 Assist customers in updating their profile information
💙 Calling patient to complete an annual review of their medications
💙 Understands how the medical insurance industry works.
