Position: Spanish Customer Care Support (Healthcare)
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Cubao, Quezon City
Salary: Php 70,000 gross
Schedule: Graveyard
Work Set-up: Onsite
Language: Spanish and English

Requirements:
📌 Filipino who can speak Spanish
📌 Proficient in both Spanish and English language
📌 Graduate of any 2 years course are welcome to apply
📌 Preferably with 1-year experience in BPO using Spanish Language
📌 Experience working with email, chat & voice support is a big advantage

Responsibilities:
📌 Responsible for answering English and Spanish Language inquiries from patients who have concerns in their Medical Billing via calls, email, and chat
📌 Handles patients’ calls related to their outstanding balances or any inbound inquiry
📌 Helps customers in filing health insurance claims
📌 Assist customers in updating their profile information
📌 Calling patient to complete an annual review of their medications
📌 Understands how the medical insurance industry works.
