Client Profile:
One of the trusted Travel Company in the Philippines. They provide good services in assisting clients to find their ideal and dream destinations matching with perfect vacation spots and list of activities that clients would never miss to try. Accommodation to offer with travel packages for every destination.
Position: Assistant HR Manager
Industry: Travel Company
Location: Makati City
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00PM
Work Set up: On site
Requirements:
💥 Bachelor’s degree holder.
💥 With 2-3 years of experience working as HR Manager.
💥 With knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
💥 Experience working in a BPO company or in a Japanese company is an advantage
💥 Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
💥 Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
💥 Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
💥 Managing the recruitment and selection process
💥 Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and
procedures across the organization
💥 Nurture a positive working environment
💥 Develop a clear and concise orientation flow about the company's policies for onboarding staff
💥 Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
💥 Create a database of salaries and benefits aligned with the market range
💥 Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
💥 Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
💥 Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
💥 Collect the latest information, report to the management, and
adjust or apply to the company's policies if needed
