Position: American-Australian Technical Support Specialist
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 120,000
Schedule: Nightshift
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
◉ Preferably Australian or American National has a permanent residence visa here in the Philippines
◉ Open to the candidate located in Abroad
◉ Can start as soon as possible
◉ Bachelor's degree holder of any course
◉ Customer Service or Technical experience is a big advantage but not required
◉ Fresh Graduates are open to apply.
◉ Knowledgeable in any medical device is a plus.

Responsibilities:
◉ Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission
◉ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential customers on the features and benefits of our medical devices
◉ Documenting concerns and inquiries using the appropriate guidelines and procedures
◉ Assist the users on step by step guide to properly handle and maintain the device
◉ Accommodates client by recommending devices and techniques
◉ Assists in the ordering of parts and supplies necessary for the servicing of equipment.
◉ Promotes the safe effective use of clinical equipment.
