Position: French Customer Success Specialist
Industry: Jewelry Manufacturing Company
Location: Lapu-Lapu Cebu City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000 gross
Schedule: Nightshift | Shifting
Work Set-up: Working Onsite

Requirements:
◉ Filipino national who can speak, read, and write French language
◉ Proficient in both French and English
◉ Customer Service experience is a plus
◉ Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines
◉ Willing to work onsite

Responsibilities:
◉ Establish and maintain customer relationships;
◉ Help customers by providing the best customer service with the product and services
◉ Responsible for developing a positive customer experience and fostering healthy working relationships.
◉ Help customers with information about the products and services, using relevant call handling protocols outlined in the Procedures
◉ Assist in Tracking and distributing information of orders
