JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: One of the luxurious hotel here in the Philippines accommodating local and foreign clients/customers.
Position: Employee Relations Assistant/Specialist
Industry: Hotel and Resort Company
Location: Clark, Pampanga Province
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00AM to 6:00PM)
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set-up: Work On Site
Requirements:
🎇Bachelor's Degree holder
🎇Amenable to work onsite.
🎇1-3 years of experience in HR Support role
Responsibilities:
🎇Investigate accusations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
🎇Assist the HR Manager or HR Supervisor with administrative tasks.
🎇Do research on issues relating to employee relations and help with the creation of policies and procedures.
🎇Assist in mediating and resolving disputes.
🎇Work together with HR business partners s.
🎇Participate in employee relations training for managers and staff
🎇Keep accurate and current records of employee relations.
🎇Make that all employee relations-related laws and regulations are followed.
🎇Take part in HR projects and activities.
