Position: Spanish Customer Help Desk Specialist (PHP 70,000 - PHP 80,000 gross + Willing to work in Taguig City)

Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000 gross
Schedule: Graveyard (Monday-Friday start at 8pm or 9pm | Weekends Off)
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
✔️ Filipino who can speak Spanish
✔️ Proficient in both Spanish and English language
✔️ Graduates of any 2-year course are welcome to apply
✔️ Preferably with 1-2 years experience in BPO using Spanish Language
✔️ Experience working with email, chat & voice support is a big advantage

Responsibilities:
✔️ In charge of responding to calls, emails, and chat requests from patients in both English and Spanish regarding their medical billing
✔️ Responsible to Answers calls from patients about unpaid bills or any other incoming questions.
✔️ Help customers in submitting claims for health insurance
✔️Help customer or clients to update the details on their profiles
✔️ Assisting patient to ask them to finish their yearly medication review
✔️ Has a working knowledge ofor the medical insurance market.
✔️ Can Perform other related task
