Position: Spanish Customer Patient Scheduler
Industry: BPO Company
Location: BGC, Taguig
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 gross
Schedule: Graveyard (Monday-Friday start at 8pm or 9pm | Weekends Off)
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
📍 Filipino who can speak Spanish
📍 Proficient in both Spanish and English language
📍 Graduates of any 2-year course are welcome to apply
📍 Preferably with 6 mos -2 years experience in BPO using Spanish Language
📍 Experience working with email, chat & voice support is a big advantage

Responsibilities:
📍 Answering patients' calls to schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment they have with the Hospital.
📍 Do outbound calls to patients, hospital departments, or Doctor’s offices to clarify referrals and procedures.
📍 Assists in the process of the approval of pre-authorization for medical procedures
📍 Request prior authorization from the doctor's office
📍 Do Insurance verification with the Hospitals.
📍 Answers questions from patients regarding basic medical tests.
📍 Perform other related tasks if needed.
