✨At least 6 months of work experience in Compensation and Benefits role.
✨Amenable to work on site

Responsibilities:
🎇Design a compensation package
🎇Create a compensation guideline that matches work and organizational culture
🎇Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications
🎇Conduct salary and labor market research
🎇Conducting organizational surveys
🎇Abreast with new trend and best practice in the filed
🎇Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports
