Position: French Customer Service Analyst
Industry: Jewelry Manufacturing Company
Location: Lapu-Lapu, Cebu City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000 gross
Schedule: Nightshift | Shifting
Work Set-up: Working Onsite

Requirements:
📌 Preferably Filipino who is fluent in French
📌 Open for Foreign National who have a permanent visa in the Philippines
📌 Proficient in both French and English
📌 Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder but undergrads are welcome to apply
📌 Customer Service experience is a plus
📌 Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines

Responsibilities:
📌 Manage phone calls and demonstrate good customer service to Spanish-speaking clients
📌 Assist in Tracking and distribution of information on orders
📌 Answer and resolve consumer complaints
📌 Guides the consumer in Repair and Services inquiries
📌 Resolves payment complaints
