Requirements:
💠 JLPT N1-N2 or Level
💠 With at least 1 year BPO experience supporting a Japanese Account
💠 Can READ and WRITE in Japanese (Work specific will require resource to send business emails aside from accommodating calls)
💠Must be open to working onsite 100% in the site location shared

Responsibilities:
💠 Responsible for providing exceptional customer experience and support to Travel Agencies specifically supporting the Japan and China markets.
💠 Support provided will be via phone, email, and possibly chat.
💠 Provide advice, process and organise Travel Organizers request relating to the following;
- Fare/Booking Quote
- Ticketing
- Invoice
- Sent Booking Confirmation
- Names
- Payment
💠 Create and manage bookings under Leisure, Conference, Sports, Series, Brochure Categories
💠 Assist Group Organisers in making and managing Emergency Services Bookings
