JOB DETAILS :
Client Information:
This is a plastic molding company based in China. They launched a factory in the Philippines in 2014.
Position: Japanese Quality Assurance in Manufacturing company
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Laguna
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 130,000 gross (Depends on Experience and Skills）
Shift Schedule: Mon - Sat / 8:00am - 5:00pm
Day off: Sun and Public holiday in the Philippines
Requirements:
• Open for Japanese Native
• Half Filipinos and Filipinos are acceptable (depending on skills and experience; preferably Native level in Japanese)
• Manufacturing-related experience (QA, QC, production management, etc) is required
• NO age/gender/education background restriction
Responsibilities：
• Quality and productivity improvement activities
• Handle inquiry and concerns from clients
• Create reports
• Other direct tasks from the president
Recruitment Process: NEED JAPANESE RESUME (Rirekisyo&Shyokumukeirekisyo)
• Paper Screening
• 1st Interview with Japanese President (Onsite/Online)
• 2nd Interview with the owner of the company (Online)
