Position: IT Software Support
Company Industry: BPO
Work Location: Olongapo Zambales
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Shifting)
Work Set Up: Onsite
Salary: Php 35,000 (Negotiable)



Job Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science or any related field
• Proven experience (2+ years) in providing technical support for Zoho applications
• Troubleshooting experience on issues with Windows operating systems
• Documentation experience on technical procedures and user guides for Zoho applications.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and principles is a plus.
• Open to work onsite

Job Responsibilities:
• Will Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting.
• Responding to user inquiries, incidents, and service requests
• Responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Maintain accurate records of support activities
• Help assisting in implementing new Zoho applications or modules based on client requirements.
