Position: Australian Technical Help Desk Analyst (PHP 120,000 gross + Work Onsite)
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 120,000
Schedule: Nightshift
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
◉ Preferably Australian or American National has a permanent residence visa here in the Philippines
◉ Open to the candidate located in Abroad
◉ Can start as soon as possible
◉ Bachelor's degree holder of any course
◉ Customer Service or Technical experience is a big advantage but not required
◉ Fresh Graduates are open to apply.
◉ Knowledgeable in any medical device is a plus.

Responsibilities:
◉ Addressing technical assistance issues for clients via phone and email submission
◉ Present and demonstrate our medical gadgets to prospective clients in order to inform them of their characteristics and advantages.
◉ Utilizing the proper protocols and rules to document queries and concerns
◉ Help users by providing a step-by-step manual on how to maintain and operate the equipment.
◉ Provides the client with assistance by suggesting tools and methods
◉ Helps place orders for the supplies and parts required for machine maintenance.
◉ Provides the efficient and safe use of medical equipment.
