Position: French Customer Support Advisor
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City
Salary: PHP 85,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
◉ Foreign national fluent in French with permanent residence visa in the Philippines
◉ At least 1 year work experience in customer service
◉ Can start as soon as possible
◉ Willing to work onsite.
◉ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
Responsibilities:
◉ Respond and resolve customer complaints
◉ Checking whether a product or service is available
◉ Answering phone calls, emails, or social media enquiries, or taking part in live chat sessions
◉ Assisting customers in registering/creating an account with the company
◉ Process orders, forms, applications and requests
