Position: Mandarin Property Supervisor
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Aseana Avenue, Paranaque
Schedule: Dayshift 10am-7pm, 6 days off per month
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
💠A Filipino or Chinese national who is proficient in Mandarin and English language.
💠Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
💠Familiar with computer operation and proficient in using office software.

Responsibilities:
💠Managing the translation of building property and the the management of Filipino employees
💠Assisting employees and handle procurement and administrative materials and office supplies needed.
💠Responsible for assisting the manager regarding with planning and handling administrative tasks
💠Ensuring the completion of assigned task by the managers.
💠Resolving urgent issues by retailer and make arrangements for administrative tasks;
