Position: French Customer Support Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Pasig City
Salary: PHP 85,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
◉Filipino national fluent in French and English
◉ At least 1 year work experience in customer service
◉ Can start as soon as possible
◉ Willing to work onsite.
◉ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
Responsibilities:
◉ Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, order status, shipping and delivery
◉ Process orders, forms, applications and requests
◉ Suggesting products they may be interested in
◉ Assisting customers in registering/creating an account with the company
◉ Managing and resolving identified client issues for assigned customer accounts
◉ Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
