Requirements:
⭐Thai national abroad wiling to relocate or in the Philippines
⭐Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
⭐Proficient in English communication
⭐Experience in Customer Service is advantage
⭐Amenable to work in shifting schedule

Responsibilities:
⭐Handling customer concerns through email, phone and a live clients
⭐Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
⭐Maintaining positive customer relationship
⭐Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
⭐Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
