Salary: Php90,000- Php100,000 NET
Schedule: Shifting
Requirements:
⭐Native Korean proficient in English
⭐Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course or Undergraduate
⭐CSR experience is a plus but not required
⭐Willing to work in Makati City
Responsibilities
⭐Responsible in responding to technical related concerns
⭐Provide solutions to technical related concerns Follow step by step troubleshooting process to resolve issues
⭐Responsible in handling escalations Provide customer service phone or email
⭐Record the customer transactions Answer inquiries in chat or email
