Position: Japanese Store Manager
Industry: Trading Company
Location: Parañaque (Onsite)
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 60,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Dayshift

Requirements:
• Japanese Native
• Japanese level 1, 2, 3 (NO CERTIFICATION REQUIRED)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Preferably with experience in management, sales
• Preferably with Experience in food manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong client-facing and communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
• Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required.
• Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
• Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
• Analysing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
