Position: Japanese Customer Support
Location: Makati City
Industry: Online Gaming Company
Salary: Php 90,000 - 120,000
Work Schedule: Shifting including graveyard shift
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements: 📌
▶Open to Japanese National (Located Philippines and Abroad)
▶Open to graduate, undergraduate, highschool graduate
▶Experience in customer service or in any Financial or Online gaming industry
▶English or Tagalog communication skill
Responsibilities: 📌
▶Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
▶General customer support
▶Inform customers about new features and functionalities
▶B2B support for payment operations
▶Other Duties as Assigned
