Position: Japanese Customer Service Staff
Industry: BPO/Online Gaming Industry
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 80,000 - 100,000 above
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
Requirements:
🔰Japanese Native speakers
🔰JLPT N1 or N2 Passer / Level
🔰Experience in bilingual customer service, translation, or studies in language related schools has an advantage
🔰Willing to work night or morning shifts
Responsibilities:
🔰To address customers’ questions about products and services by answering questions and responding to complaints or concerns through email, phone, and a-live clients.
🔰Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
🔰Keep records or reports of customer’s interactions, process, and concerns.
🔰Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or head of the department.
