Position: Hindi Chatbot Automation Specialist

Salary: Php70,000 -Php90,000NET
Schedule: Shifting | 2 Days OFF

Requirements:
⭐Indian national in the Philippines or abroad
⭐Good English communication skills
⭐With 2-4 years experience in Chatbot Automation
⭐Tech savvy with basic coding knowledge(VBA and Macros)
⭐With Customer Service experience

Responsibilities:
⭐Handling customer inquiries through email, phone and a live clients
⭐Preparing and generating reports/relating customer's queries
⭐Data entries of event results in the systems
⭐Identify and create best chatbot responses that suits more to customer needs
⭐Gather and analyze data from systems to improve customer engagament
